Management committee Meetings were conducted regularly on 2nd/3rd Sunday of alternate months regularly. 1st on 26.8.18, 2nd on 27.10.18, 3rd on 16.12.18, 4th 21.4.19,5th on 23.6.19 . All the meetings were conducted at Hotel Kshetra, Somajiguda. All expenses were shared by members of the committee.
Karteeka Vana Bhojanalu was conducted on 25.11.18 at Botanical Gardens Kondapur. 33 members attended, GBM cum Family get together at Hotel Shanbagh, Basheerbagh on 3.2.19. 80 members attended.
During the Management Committee meetings we have co-opted Sri. Vijayachandra Rao and Sri.Koteswara Rao are Co-opted as Members as per by-laws.
It is decided to put efforts to increase attendance at AGBMs. Try to restart Charity Programmes and explore ways to start them. Discussed and finalised Budget for 2018-2019 which will be detailed by Treasurer.
Sankara Reddy garu took up with Bangalore Alumni to get themselves enrolled as members of ANECAA.
It is decided to upload Minutes of Meeting of MCM, Budget, Details of MCM members, Pictures related to college/Alumni, Announcements and Obituaries to the Web site.
Thanked Mr. Anil for taking up Web site related issues free of cost.
Web site is ready and corrected members list may be uploaded. Members to check the site and advise on modifications and corrections to site and members list.
Resolved to impart career guidance and placement advises to ECA students.
Proposed to identity professionals to impart soft skills to ECA students.
As per the request of college management we have donated Rs.30,000/- towards Prizes on college day. Their request for an other Rs.30,000/- for prizes to be distributed during Inter College Science completions is kept pending

President welcomed the members and briefed about Alumi’s recent visit to Anantapur Engineering College
Two minutes silence is observed in honour of ANECAA members who departed us during last year
Sri. Sankar Reddy garu explained about the visit and interaction with HoD’s and Principal on day one, Class Representatives and Girl Reprentatives on day two and finally with VC of JNTUA

ANECAA felicitated its senior members Sri.B.Somanna, Sri.G.Sankara Rao and Sri.G. Gopal
Brigadier Chowdary, Sri.Venkatesawrlu,Sri.Somanna and Sri.Veerabhadra Rao spoke and advised on Scholarships, Merit Awards, Ethics and service to Society
Secretary replied to their advices that Scholarships are no more needed as Government is taking care of expenses. Giving merit awards at Hyderabad is not giving any mileage to ANECAA activities as Students of ECA are not aware of the awards
Treasurer informed that Fixed Deposits under various heads were now merged and ANECAA now has 4 deposits of 5 lakhs each.
The highlight of the Meeting was the recitation of Sanskrit slokas by Mr.Jaffrulla, Retd Superintending Engineer APSEB, which was applauded by the Members
During Lunch members have suggested to search for Sponsors to meet the expences o GBMs, To have a data bank of members/their family members who can spare their time and skills for ANECAA.
