1. All the Committee Members present were seated on the Dais.Mr.K.A.Ramayya President requested the Members of Anecaa to take the seats for the commencement of the day’s proceedings.92 Members attended the Meeting.
2. The President proposed the Condolence resolution in Memory of the Past President of India Sri A.P.J.Abdul Kalam who had left for heavenly Abode on 31-07-2015.Two minutes silence was observed by all the Members in the auditorium in honor of the departed soul.
3. The President in his welcome address mentioned various programs of Anecaa Hyd Chapter during the year 2014-15 and the measures taken to improve the Membership drive.The President expressed happiness as far as the growth of the Membership of Anecaa Hyd concerned.He also reiterated the need for the enrollment of Members from the recent Batches coming from CEA.The necessity of the young members of recent batches help to build the organization and carry forward the activities in a big way and also to strengthen the Association.
4. On request by the President,Prof V.Sankar,Director,Foreign Affairs&Alma matter,briefed the Audience with activities on JNTUAand the various courses conducted,apart from tie ups with other universities.
5.As part of Cultural Activity Anecaa arranged a lecture called Pravachanam by renowned[1] Acharya Sahasraavadhani, Dr.Garikipati Narasimharao, named “Sneha Sandhya”.The Guest Speaker was introduced by Mr.S.S.Ramachandramurthy.He had delivered a beautiful lecture on regular Lifestyle nd friendship among the Student fraternity as the friendship started long back, say 30 to 40 years and still being continued as all Alumni got together still on the day.All the Members listened to the Lecture spell bound and entire Auditorium was in Pindrop Silence.
6. The Guest was honored by all the Committee Members present on the Dias on behalf of Members of Anecaa with a Shawl and Purse in token of his presence among the Members of Anecaa for the Day.It is worthy to mention the initiative of Mr.S.S.Ramachandramurthy for arranging the Lecture.
7. Mr.K.Durgarao Secretary Anecaa read out the Annual Report for the year 2014-15.He had listed out the activities of Anecaa during the year and efforts of the Members in particular the efforts put in by M.r.C.Sankarareddy and Mr.V.Vijayachandrarao in pursuing the existing Members to become Life Members and also to induct some new Members as Life Members.He had read out the way the Merit Awards were conducted in which 6 Toppers from CEA were presented with Memontos in silver and a Certificate by ANECAA.The efforts put in by Mr.A.Indrasenareddy, & Mr.K.Varadacharulu Members were applauded.During the Family Get together Felicitation to one of the Member,Mr.G.Sateeshreddy, 1985 batch who was the Director of RCI Hyd and present Scientific Advisor to the Minister of India was conducted.All the Batchmates of the Member also present on the occasion and given standing ovation.As a social welfare measure old clothes were handed over by Anecaa thro an NGO,Hyd.
8. Mr.K.Subbarayudu Jt.Treasurer,presented the audited annual accounts for the year 2014-14 which were circulated to the Members.They were requested to go thro the report and seek[2] clarifications if any.The Members in general approved the audited accounts without an amendment.(Audited Annual Accounts will de uploaded in our web site anecaa.org.).
9. Mr.K.A.Ramayya President had addressed all the Members present to Donate generously to contribute to CEA for specific purpose to be used in consultation with Principal CEA.All the Members spontaneously given their consent and also promised donations not less than Rs/5000 each.Member Mr.K.Nayemullah of 1985 Batch spelt out that he will try to induct as of recent batches as requested by President & Secretary in their Appeals.
10. After Lunch some Members spoke regarding the Activities in general and shared their experiences. Mr.K.Sudhakarareddy of 1967 batch presented lecture on Farming and informed that after retirement adopted this activity in Mahabubnagar District.
11. Gambols game was conducted by Mrs.& Mr.G.Satyanandarao.
