Mr. Ramchandra Murthy, Secretary welcomed the members for this meeting .He invited K.A. Ramayya, U. Narashimha Murthy and Mr. K. Subbaraidu to occupy the dias. The names of the members who are present is attached. Mr. KA. Ramayya presided the meeting based on the authorization sent by Mr. R.Kalidas President who was abroad.
Mr. K.A. Ramayya in his opening remarks broadly briefed the members of the activities for the year and further he mentioned about the elections to be conducted for members of the management committee for the year 2012-2014 . He further appealed to the members to contribute for building fund, merit scholarship funds and actively involve for membership growth.
Mr. U. Narashimha Murthy, briefed the members regarding status of the members, types of the members and the growth that has taken place during the year. He appealed to the members who are not life members to convert themselves to life members.
Mr. Ram Chandramurthy , Secretary read out the secretary reports for the year 2011-2012 containing all the activities of the Anecaa for the year with all the details.(report is attached).
Mr. K. Subbaraidu treasurer has circulated the copies of the audited annual accounts for the year 2011-12 (period ending 31st March 2012) . Further he explained the details and balances mentioned in the balance sheet with explanation. He answered the queries raised by the members. After discussion the accounts were passed after the same was proposed by Mr Indrasen Reddy and seconded by Mr Rajagopal ..The copy of the Audited Annual Accounts is attached.
There after members were requested to offer their suggestions and advises on all the issues pertaining to Anecaa Hyderabad.
Mr. Narashimhamurthy vice president proposed vote of thanks for thanking all the members for their participation.
President requested Sri K.V. Rangaiah senior most member of Anecaa Hyderabad to function as returning officer to conduct the elections for members of the management committee. Mr. Rangaiah accepted the request gracefully.
The meeting was concluded. In post lunch session Mr K V Rangaiah, has scrutinized the nominations already received by him and finalized the list containing the new members of the management committee for the period 2012-2014.The list was handed over by Mr K V Ranagaih to Mr Ramachandramurthy, secretar ANECAA.
