General body meeting of ANECAA, Hyderabad was convened on 17th July 2011, at FAPCCI Building Hyderabad. At 10:30AM, on 17th July 2011. Shri. K. A. Ramayya acting president observed that the attendance is not adequate for the Annual General Body Meeting and hence adjourned the meeting to be convened after 15minutes. After 15minutes the meeting was held and was presided over by Shri. K.A. Ramayya. 57 members of ANECAA, Hyderabad were present and the list is attached to the minutes.Click Here to see the attended members list.
Shri. K.A. Ramayya welcomed the members and given a over view of the activities during the last one year. Further he emphasized the important agenda item that is amendment to Bye- Laws of ANECAA, Hyderabad.
Shri S.S. Ramachandra Murthy, Secretary read out the annual report for the year 2010-2011 giving details of activities of ANECAA. The report of secretary is attached.Click Here to see the annual report.
Shri K. Subbarayudu, Treasurer has presented the audited Annual Accounts for the year 2010-2011. Discussion has taken place on the accounts and after discussion Shri. A. Indrasena Reddy proposed for approving the accounts and the same was seconded by Shri. G. Venkateswarulu, afterwards the accounts were approved by voice vote.
President has requested Shri. C. Ramachandraiah member of the committee constituted for suggesting amendments to Bye-Laws to explain clause by clause changes proposed. Amendments for 67 clauses were proposed. Discussion took place and the same was put up for approval of The General Body. In few cases, based on the suggestions received, modifications were allowed. At the end of the discussion, Shri. Indrasena Reddy, propsed for approval of Amendments to Bye-Laws. The same was seconded by Shri. C. Shanker Reddy. The new members who have joined ANECAA, were introduced to the House.
Shri. S.S. Rama Chandra Murthy, Secretary, proposed vote of thanks and members were invited to join for the lunch.
